A slimmer waistline is just two minutes away

We’re always looking for the quickest way to banish that stubborn fat from our bodies. And often when we find that solution, we discover that it is simply too good to be true. At first glance, the Japanese Long Breath Diet might sound like a hoax. However, once you inspect the science of this method, the diet doesn’t seem so far-fetched after all.

The story behind how the Long-Breath Diet conquered the Japanese health industry is not what you would have imagined. It all started when 53-year-old Japanese Actor Ryosuke Miki told his doctor that he had been experiencing back pain. As a remedy to his nagging condition, Ryosuke’s doctor prescribed him a regimen of long-breathing routines that came with an added side-affect of fat burning. Ryosuke’s condition not only improved, but so did his overall physical appearance, as he had shed 28 pounds and 5 inches off of his waistline in just 50 days.

Let’s dive into the mechanics of this diet. The routine calls for three seconds of deep inhalation through the nose, followed by a seven-second vigorous exhale through the mouth in conjunction with tightly clenching all of your muscles. The key to how this diet melt’s fat is that it activates muscles within your body that you wouldn’t otherwise utilize.

Whether you still think this diet is a sham or not, you'll never find out until you test it yourself! Check out the video from Bright Side below for details on how you can perform this exercise at home.
